Effective Campaign Delivery

BlueDaisy follows a set of key processes, with regular checkpoints allowing for enhancements and improvements to made to meet the agreed goals.

  • Campaign Specification. This is an accurate description of the campaign including the aims, the scope, outputs, sources, participants, budgets, time scales and the anticipated return on investment.
  • Critical Path. The various stages of the campaign are planned - usually working backwards from the aim. Regular check points are put in place and a timeline produced to show key milestones and deliverables.
  • Delegate Actions. Each activity involved in the campaign will have a responsible person assigned - input required from each individual will be clearly outlined, this may be a person within your organisation or an external resource.
  • Campaign Implementation. The campaign will commence on the agreed date, your Marketing Account Manager will feedback at the relevant performance points allowing any required corrective measures or adjustments to the plan to be made.
  • Review & Report. Once the campaign has been completed a post-activity report is produced to show performance against targets, any general observations and recommendations for follow-up activity.
